Why La Perla

On a summer evening by the Mar Menor, our daughter sat on the promenade wall and held the moon between her hands. That is how this place feels to us: something precious, calm and clear that you get to hold for a while.

We want to share that pearl with you. An apartment to unwind in, with the golf course at the door and the lagoon a short walk away.

Velapi Golf sits on the 18-hole La Serena golf course in Los Alcázares, on the Mar Menor: a shallow lagoon with warm, calm water, ideal for children and water sports. The town centre, promenade and beaches are within walking distance.

The resort

Block 8 is the only block at Velapi Golf whose gardens border directly on the golf course: only 7 garden apartments face the golf course head-on. Between block 8 and blocks 6 and 7 lie the outdoor gym and the two pools: the main pool at the bottom and the smaller pool at the top. Both border the golf course and look out over it. La Perla is the second apartment from the bottom on the golf side of block 8, close to the main pool.

Terms and privacy

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed after our written confirmation and payment of a 30% deposit.
The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If you book later, you pay the full amount straight away.
Payment by bank transfer.
The €300 security deposit is paid with the balance and refunded within 7 days of departure, after the apartment has been checked.
Tourist tax and registration of all guests follow Spanish regulations.

Cancellation

Up to 60 days before arrival: your deposit is refunded in full.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
Less than 30 days before arrival: the full amount is due, unless we can rebook the apartment.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
If we have to cancel due to force majeure, we refund everything in full.

Privacy

Controller: the owners of La Perla De La Serena, reachable at stevens.joeri@telenet.be.
We use your name, email, dates, number of guests and message only to answer your request and organise your stay.
In Spain we are legally required to pass the identity details of all guests to the competent authorities.
Requests without a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking data is kept as long as the law requires.
We do not share data for marketing and use no tracking cookies. The site only remembers your language choice in your own browser.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object via the same email address. You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the Spanish AEPD.
